Yup...the strawberry cupcakes were definitely as good as they looked in the cookbook. The recipe made about 30 of them, so I gave a box to my babysitter, and a box to Bethany and her family. I can't wait to try out another recipe in there, they all look so yummy- the lemon meringue especially!!! I went and bought another mufffin tin yesterday- I see a lot of cupcake baking in the future.
